Glad
23-24. In the seventh womb of Devakî, Ananta made his appearance. The foetus in the womb was attracted by Yoga mâyâ and placed in the womb of Rohinî. But there was the rumour that there was miscarriage in the womb of Devakî in the fifth month; and this became known to the public.
25. Kamsa came to know that there had been miscarriage. That wicked soul became exceedingly glad to hear this gladdening news.

Rohini
1st Kalpa - Incarnation of Surabhi
The Harivamsa gives another account for the incarnation of Rohini. The story says that Sage Kashyap stole Varuna's cow with the help of two of his wives – Aditi and Surabhi. Because of this they were cursed to be born as cowherds. Sage Kashyap was born as Vasudeva, Aditi was born as Devaki and Surabhi was born as Rohini.
2nd Kalpa - Incarnation of Kadru
The Brahma Vairvatha Purana -
In the times of old, when Kashyap had married the thirteen daughters of Daksha, he would spend equal times with all his wives and keep them happy. At one such time, when he was with Kadru, the mother of all the Nagas, the eldest sister Aditi was impatiently waiting for Kashyap to come home. When Aditi realized that Kashyap was delayed because he was at Kadru's house, Aditi cursed Kadru to be born as a human.
It is said that it was because of the curse that Kadru was born as Rohini, one of the wives of Vasudeva.

Rewari
According to the folklore Rewari was founded by the Ahir King Rewat, who had a daughter named Rewa (meaning star), when she was married to Balarama (brother of Lord Krishna), the King Rewat gave way the city of "Rewa Wadi" as gift, which in due time became known as Rewari.

Conducting Samba Marriage and defeating Kauravas
As of today Hastinapur is visibly elevated on its southern side along the Ganges, thus showing the signs of Lord Balrama’s prowess
https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Hastinapur+Balaram
- You are the reservoir of all pleasures.
- You are the maintainer and support of the entire cosmic situation.
- we were all unaware of Your inconceivable potencies.
- Dear Lord, please consider us most foolish.
- Our intelligence was bewildered and not in order. Therefore we have come before You to beg Your pardon. Please excuse us.
- creator,
- sustainer and
- annihilator of the whole cosmic manifestation,
O all-powerful Lord,
- great sages speak about You.
- You are the original puppeteer, and
- everything in the world is just like Your toy.
- You have a hold on everything, and like child's play
- You hold all the planetary systems on Your head.
- When the time for dissolution comes, You close up the whole cosmic manifestation within Yourself. At that time nothing remains but Yourself lying in the Causal Ocean as Maha-Visnu.
- You have appeared on this earth in Your transcendental body just for the maintenance of the cosmic situation.
- You are above all anger, envy and enmity.
- Whatever You do, even in the form of chastisement, is auspicious for the whole material existence.
- You are the imperishable Supreme Personality of Godhead, the reservoir of all opulences and potencies.
- O creator of innumerable universes,
- let us fall down and offer You our respectful obeisances, again and again.
- We are now completely surrendered unto You.
- Please, therefore, be merciful upon us and give us Your protection."
When the prominent members of the Kuru dynasty, beginning with grandfather Bhismadeva down to Arjuna and Duryodhana, had offered their respectful prayers in that way, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Lord Balarama, immediately became softened and assured them that there was no cause for fear and that they need not worry.
